I contend these games have been programmed by the game maker Encore. Maybe I have the 2009 version? I've played this game long enough to know the dealer shouldn't be getting 21 every single time the player gets 20. I've had it happen 12 times in my last session of playing. IMO that isn't a coincidence and it's been programmed by Encores programmers. Basically, they cheat and deny they don't. Another fact that really irks me is when the dealer consistently gets BJ/21 whenever the player raises their bet.
The 2007 version is not bad, the 2008 version is the best. The 2009 version should never be looked at by anybody, it's a very bad step backwards.
Everybody should have the opportunity of using or obtaining the 2008 version.
